‘I’m About to Drop 20 Videos!’- Davido Reveals SONY BMG Has Finally Approved His EP
Yesterday, the OBO singer took to his Snapchat to open up on how he has drawn closer to God. He finally addressed his long absence from the music scene and also revealed that his EP has finally been approved.
And, wait for it…. he will be dropping 20 videos before the year is over!

Recall that Davido’s last official song was The Money featuring Olamide, which he dropped last year.
In January this year, he got signed by International record label, Sony BMG and several weeks later, the 23-year-old singer stated that he will be dropping an EP titled Son Of Mercy real soon and fans were excited.
Sadly, weeks turned into months and soon enough fans began to express their frustration. Then last month, the father of one announced September 9 as the release date for the EP but once again fans were left disappointed. Many took to social media to blame Sony for putting a pause on Davido’s career.

Now, Davido has revealed that his EP has been approved and is officially ready. He shared some photos on his Snapchat today as proof, with the captions: “ Almost here” and “Masters Ready!”
We hope this time that his EP is truly ready and hopes won’t be dashed yet again.
